Video Interview: If China Invades Taiwan, How Does the U.S. React?
By Kris Osborn – President & Editor-In-Chief, Warrior Maven
I spoke with RoundTable Anchor Rob Nelson about what would happen if China were to actually succeed in occupying Taiwan.
Could they be removed by force? At what cost.
Looking at some interesting statistics, there are actually a very large number of US-allied forces in the region which could be put together, provided they could get there.
Certainly, heavy armor is difficult to deploy and getting ashore to establish some kind of beachhead corridor would likely be extremely difficult, however not impossible.
Japan has one million available soldiers, South Korea has several million and the US could likely put together impactful numbers of soldiers and Marines.
