 AI and networking technology

We're talking about the army network and targeting speed. It's been paradigm-changing for the army as they've taken a process that used to be 20 minutes, having a drone in an armored vehicle on the ground, identify and destroy an army target. It's down to two seconds due to AI and networking technology. 

Here to talk about the suite of new networking technologies are two very significant networking experts with the army. 

We have Colonel Daiyaan and Mr. Maier. 

One of the things we're looking at here is what capability sets incorporate what are these technologies and how much faster so if we asked each of these experts, what are some of the elements of this network and what's being fielded? What is the army getting?
